🗺️ Full Tour Itinerary

• 07:30 AM – Bus Transfer. Departure from Shkoder to the boats at Komani Lake.

• 09:10 AM – Arrival at Komani. Arrival at the Komani Lake Ferry Terminal.

• 09:30 AM – Boat Departure. Board the boat and depart for the Shala River.

• 10:50 AM – Arrival at Shala River. (After a 1h 30m scenic boat ride). Enjoy about 4 hours of free time for swimming, canoeing, and exploring.

• 03:00 PM – Return Boat Trip. Departure from Shala River back to the Komani Lake Terminal.

• 04:00 PM – Arrival at Komani. Back at the ferry terminal.

• 04:10 PM – Bus Transfer. Board the bus for the return trip to Shkoder.

• 05:30 PM – Back in Shkoder. Arrival in the city center and end of the tour.

📍 Departure & Boarding Details

• Meeting Point: Teuta Street (Right in front of the Rozafa Hotel, Shkoder) – View on Maps

• Shuttle: Look for Leo Bus or KAPAJ – OLSI upon arrival.

• Check-in: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure (07:15 AM) for check-in and boarding.

 Pickup: Free pickup from your hotel, B&B, or guesthouse within 4 km of the Shkoder Center is always included. If you are more than 4 km away, a small extra charge applies. For this, i suggest contacting us directly on WhatsApp.

Notes:

– At Shala River, there are restaurants and guesthouses with traditional Albanian food, where you can eat. This is not included in the travel ticket. Travel ticket includes bus and boat transportation only.

– We would like to inform you that, in some seasons, the water level of Komani Lake may remain below normal for an extended period. In such cases, a walk of approximately 20 minutes will be required.
